Great service! I used SpotHero and everything went great! He took great care of my car. You should know that they are cash only....but you can use spothero (and I assume other NYC parking apps) to get around that. Really the best in the city.

Only good things to say about this place! If you had any bad experiences with parkings in New York (and you most probably had lol), Omar will make you forget all about it! These guys are very professional, very courteous, very funny and most important of all, very honest. They will treat your car with care, they will treat you with care and the price they tell you won't magically increase overnight. Parking in Manhattan is already painful enough, avoid yourself more pain and just go straight to these guys.

What can I say. Outstanding group of individuals. The workers there go beyond. If your running late they will make sure you get your vehicle even if it's closed. The treatment I received when I pull up assure me that my vehicle is in good hands. Location and price can't go wrong. I highly recommend.

Quick and efficient service. Omar is very friendly, helped to retrieve items from my car that I forgot too. Good pricing too and perfect location next to Empire State Building! Not far from time square too

My second time there in few years. Left the car there for few days while visiting Manhattan. Great valet service; fast, polite, responsive. Booked via spot hero. Small entrance, be careful not to miss it.

Dropping off and picking up my car was fast and easy. And no damage/anything to my car after picking it up. After seeing all the other places have 1-2 stars, this place definitely deserves its better rating.

Parked here for the weekend, only took a few minutes at drop off and pickup which was great! Car had no damages and service was superb. It is a nice garage that keeps your car inside / unobtainable by the public. Good location too, would park here again. Price is also reasonable / cheaper than other garages.
